Yes, front patio and rear but must carry through the bar area to rear patio.
On special occasions only, when patio open
Yes it's an awesome place!
Wonderful place to hangout with family and friends. Good food, fun staff, and rustic ambiance.
Great atmosphere for pub food and drinks. Excellent service and very flavorful food. Will be back for sure.
Favorite restaurant. And my opinion of a restaurant isn't only about the food. It's a very aesthetic and charming place to spend your night. Thanks.
Great wings. Homicide was hot, but could be hotter.
Not sure how this place stays in business at all! It’s obviously the tourists that keep it going. Super inconsistent with their hours...sometimes even closed. They turned down our full limo for dinner cuz it was too much and too overwhelming. As a business owner myself, I would make it work! The place itself is a great atmosphere; They’re food is consistent...just wish a good restaurant owner would take it over. Have heard the same thing many locals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Needs a new owner who gives 150%!
Second time we have tried to go... never open in spite of listed hours. Chelan is a no go for food at night.
Great food and cold beer!
We went here for the first time and were told (after we were seated) that it would be a 40 minute wait for food, which seemed surprising because the place was only half full. Our appetizer (sauteed shrooms) came in a broth that was so salty it was inedible. When they finally brought our entrees out, they only brought one set of utensils wrapped in a napkin and an additional single fork (for 3 of us). Our daughter's meal was supposed to come with fresh fruit but looked like applesauce out of a jar. Food was otherwise not remarkable. The kitchen or management of this place seems to be in complete disarray. Would not recommend.
Great outdoor seating. New staff give it a much friendlier vibe
Another of the places you can get a good meal here in Chelan, the food is really really good. If you are looking for a sit down American food place this is the place to go. Give the mac n cheese or the Chicken Burger a try. PS the pesto and balsamic combo on the Chicken burger is to die for
Great service, nice options for food and drink. It's our standard go to when we happen to be in town. Try the chicken wings, they'll set you on fire. 🤪
We came here on a busy night in the middle of a rush and they were so gracious and worked hard to make us comfortable while we waited. The outdoor seating area is absolutely delightful, roomy and pleasant for grown-ups and kids alike. Our sandwiches were excellent. We loved it and will be back again next time we're in town.
Awesome food and adult beverages...
Very friendly staff, they handed our kids Popsicles after dinner! The food was delicious, and the drinks were cold. The back patio looks like a great place to hang out with a few friends and cold drinks.
We probably eat at Tin Lilly more than a dozen times each year on average. We can always find a menu item to enjoy no matter what. :)
We realize with covoid-19 and the option of take out is not the same as dining in. With that being said this was the worst take out we have had. We were the only people at the restaurant when we ordered. We stood and waited so our food would hot. The fries were luke warm, limp and greasy. I ordered the steak sandwich without mushrooms and onions. It came with mushrooms and onions and the bread was wet and soggy. The steak was chopped up Steak cubes with half of them being out side of the bread. The Reuben was also soggy. Overall we dumped 37.00 ( just 2 sandwiches, no drinks) into the trash can by our car! This will be our first and last time at Tin Lily!
Half of the star, the most horrible, the food server did not even cover her nose, the lemonades with tap water, they did not provided forks and napkins
Great fries and burgers. Friendly staff and very fast.
Such great food. Try the lumpia!
We've been coming here for years and the standard is that you can't count on this place to be open. Especially on a holiday weekend (you'd think the owner likes to make money) but their hours are all over. Place might be closed, you just don't know. We actually came here for lunch couple of days ago. Because they were open! I had their burger, and it was awful. It was made from a frozen party - the kind with wavy edges, it was dry and had no flavor. The bun was just as bad, old and stale :( their wings, half were cold, unsure why. And the artichoke dip app was like a soup - literally watered down. Get it together, be consistent with your hours and figure out your food. The fact that you well burgers with frozen patties is silly. The Safeway is a block away, even if you don't sell a ton you could afford to buy a few pounds of real ground beef next door.
Just second day after Covid lockdown released and restaurants allowed limited reopening. Awesome food and staff. Talked with owner and servers for extended time. Food was great and atmosphere relaxed. Definitely be back.
Food, drinks and service were great. Bloody Mary with bacon? Of course! What doesn't bacon go with!
Our service was slow and there weren't that many tables being used. The food is not as good as it once was.1. Our goat cheese on brochette app was soft and sightly soggy. The flavors were not as good as they were even last year. Perhaps toasting the bread would have made it at least not soggy. The creme fresh was thick but bland.2. The smoked fettuccini, the chicken had no real flavor and was chewy. The sauce was a watery mess and also lacked flavor. The biscuit was incredible and was the highlight of my dinner. 3. They used to have amazing apps like the bacon wrapped scallops. Bring back the classics and the quality that made the Tin Lilly previously by favorite restaurant in town. I was very disappointed with this visit.
Awesome. Food, staff, all.
Friendly, fresh food, great service. Had an awesome meal, a true destination spot when in Chelan.
Order our food and very unhappy with the food! My husband returned the sandwich because it wasn’t what he wanted and then my steak was over done! The owner came out and was completely rude and unprofessional. At the end we got our bill and charged us for everything! I wasn’t having this and the waiter grudgingly took it off. This is the correct thing to do when you don’t eat and return the food! Never again!
We went there because it was dog friendly and for a nice birthday dinner. What we got was the opposite of that. My dad and I both ordered steak and it was cut incorrectly making it impossible to enjoy. We then ordered sliders and the chicken was awful but the beef sliders were ok compared to the rest of the food. The waiter was nice but other than that the experience was just bad. We will never go to Tin Lily again... $150.00 Down the drain:/
Great appetizers and bloody Mary's! Fun place!
The food was good. The service was ok. The wait was long. The worst part of this experience was the snooty lady who, when asked, we were told was the owners daughter. If she reads the reviews she should learn to cheer up or just not be in contact with customers. She was tude
Food and service was exceptional. Good laid back atmosphere. Attentive servers and good drinks.
Good burgers, pub style food, beers and drinks! The outdoor seating area is nice too! Convenient location in town just a couple blocks from the lake!
We excited to eat in this place that's why we not eat lunch so we will be so hungry for dinner, but when we arrived there standing for 5 minutes then tell us to just wait they will just call. After 1 hour of waiting then they said they are close now. We're so disappointed ,this is my first time visiting in Washington and in this place but the experience here is horrible and bad customer service.
Absolute horrible experience stay away from this place. Walked up. Put on the waitlist waited my 45 minutes they decided to close cancel and nobody got served. Horrible manager find another place in town your business is not welcome here.
I am making this review after eating here several times. I am in love with this food they serve and the staff is wonderful as well. I live on the west side of WA, but I will make it a point to eat here every time we are in Chelan. If you have not yet experienced the Tin Lilly, you should. They have all sorts of food. I love BBQ (they had it), my wife is vegan (they had it), my 7 year old loves corn dog nuggets (they had it). Great drinks too (a full bar and a great mixologist). This is our favorite restaurant. We just wished it was on the west side!
Stopped for drinks, service was good, outgoing, friendly server. The only problem we've experienced at this place is that sometimes they just randomly close when the sign says they are supposedly open. Very annoying.
DON'T come here if you're looking for good food, quick service and a nice atmosphere. The bartender/shift lead and/or key was extremely rude to my sister who suffers from a dairy allergy. We asked to have the initial order remade without dairy - the shift lead wanted to still charge us in addition to the remade order. We asked to get off the check since the order was never fixed and she ended needing to order something else on the menu. The shift lead came out and told her "I'm done with you. Never come back." Something as simple as a dairy allergy should have been managed quicker & more efficiently. We still tipped the server 20% because it was evident that management was not on duty and that a senior server was "leading" the entire restaurant. Food was mediocre. Drinks would've been better if they didn't come 30min after sitting down. We are from Washington and never experienced anything like this before. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
To The Owner - This place has hands down the best chicken burger I have ever had, everything was perfect about it. But the waitress I had was hand down the rudest waitress I have ever had, and it sucks that a place with such good food has a horrible staff. Because when you go to a restaurant you don’t just want good food you want a all around good experience, and if your the waitress/waiters if you are having a bad day you can’t take it out on the customer, you got to suck it up. That’s part of working at a restaurant.
Bar tender great, Waitress were rude. I used to love this place and have been going here for years but no longer. Waitress was talking down about customers. Customer then came and complained in front of entire restaurant why food was taking so long, very awkward experience compared to how it used to be.
This place was SO GOOD! Had a turkey bacon sandwich which was great, the fries were AMAZING! The mojito was a little sweet but still good
Placed take out order for savory salmon. The girl on the phone had an attitude. The menu gave an option of garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or French fries. I wanted potatoes and they said they didn’t have any. Soggy, flavorless fries. Dry salmon. I’m talking Sahara dry. Flavor of salmon was pretty good, tho. And BOMB sautéed veggies. Also idk why workers in this town don’t wear masks.
It's good. You know, a good place to catch a game on t.v, where there is something on the menu for everybody. Nothing fancy or crazy, but a nice cozy spot to kick it with some friends.
Nice little bar/restaurant. Good outside seating.
Actually great food - everything we tasted was a pleasant surprise. Not that we were expecting something bland...just not as good as we got. Try the apps for some tasty treats!
Great place to grab some food and spirits.
Tin Lilly has a nice staff. They were short handed on a Saturday lunch rush so the wait was somewhat long (not their fault). The sandwiches my wife and I had were pretty good, and good sized. We ate plenty and had leftovers.
Always great food for a good value, good portions... friendly staff and good drinks! Outdoor area is nice in the summer.
The food was great, worst service i have EVER had in my entire life! Asked for water twice and never got it, screwed up our order then instead of remaking it just had us switch sandwiches, then messed up our strawberry lemonade by forgetting to even put the actual lemonade in them and just brought us a glass of plain lemonade to pour into them instead of remaking our drinks! Then charged us for EVERYTHING PLUS GRATUITIES! very rude waitresses talking bad about us and the "manager" was very rude and unprofessional! Never again!
Come on guys..why just ruin your lifedream by creating such a horribly $h!tty place filled with lifeless employees. A toddler can cook better than this slop.
Slow service and even slower food order from the kitchen. Don't go there unless you have lots of time sit around waiting.
Great food, friendly staff
